ii.i Additional options to hire
Only applies to set menus; open bars can be hired in combination and by time slots.
MENUS THAT DO NOT INDICATE DRINKS DO NOT INCLUDE THEM.

• Additional drinks outside the menu: 25% discount.
• Classic open bar: 1.5 hrs €15 (Soft drinks, Water, Beers, Wines, and Prosecco).
• SottoSopra open bar: 1.5 hrs €20 (Classic + Limoncello Spritz, Tinto de Verano, and Vermouth).
• Roma open bar: 2 hrs €26 (Classic + SottoSopra + Aperol Spritz and Mimosas).
• Madrid open bar: 2 hrs €34 (Classic + SottoSopra + Roma + Non-Premium Long Drinks).

ii.ii Confirmation policy
15 days before the reservation.

1. Enter credit/debit card through our secure payment gateway via our request by email or SMS; in this option no charge is made, it will only be used in case of a no-show.
2. Bank transfer of 50% of the total or 100%

3. Cash payment at our facilities.

ii.iii Cancellation policy 
Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in advance in writing:
7 days before the reservation, 100% will be refunded
5 days before 90%
3 days before 50%
within three days prior to the reservation, no refund or any type of exchange will be processed.

ii.iv New Year's Eve cancellation policy
Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in advance in writing:
15 days before the reservation, 100% will be refunded
5 days before 50%
within two days prior to the reservation, no refund or any type of exchange will be processed.

ii.iv Credit/debit card cancellation policy
Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in advance in writing:
7 days before the reservation, no charge will be made
2 days before €20 per guest
no refund or any type of exchange will be processed.
